He might not have directly caused it, but he politically promoted the climate for it to occur in......and Haliburton is still botching projects in Iraq and making money hands over fist...aren't ya glad Bush didn't get his way privitizing Social Security?? And can't you remember Enron??...what was done to prevent that again? Apparently nothing. My original post didn't say it was entirely Bush's fault..but it is the fault of the Bush policy and the GOP controlled Congress he had catering to his every whim from 20o0-2006.

we might as well privatize social security, or just write it off...either way, if your not 55 by today, you arent ever gonna see a dime of it....The last 5 presidents have known that for a fact, all have not seen it as an issue
